Just an FYI, my state, Michigan will not recognize nonresident issued ccw. This means if you have a Florida issued ccw (as I had), and you live in say Ohio, my state will not recognize it as a legit issue.

 

Stop, there is a difference between the public and private business. Your argument has merit but it is based on an assumption. If the public didn't want ccw or access to firearms, then there would be more of a push to restrict it more to the point everyone is living in a may issue state.

As for cops, it comes down to the fact that we are supposed to treated equally, no distinct classes are spelled out in our rights, there's isn't even a place for cops being defined, so yes I am offended because if one group gets a pass, then we all get the same pass. I am not slamming cops, i am slamming a law I view as unconstitutional. As for safety, those retirees who are 70 or 80 years old and carry thinking they have the same reaction and the same judgement that they had when they were 40 is stupid, I knew a few like that, they were dangerous and I believe these are not isolated but have a double digit percentage in the retirees group. Don't care what trump thinks, again this is about everyone, not a special group of people who should not be elevated above all of us.

I hear MD is a tough State to get a CCP, but does it depend on the County, like New Yuck, or is it tough Statewide like Jersey?
