One question comes to mind. @Silverbeard, what about the owner? Is he the same one who’s been in charge the entire time, or has there been a change of ownership/management as well? Or has the owner’s demeanor/behavior been slowly changing over a period of time, if you step back and think about it?

You probably use PRO stickers when you pick up? Slap stickers on the BOL and go?.
Start "accidentally" put old PRO stickers on other competitor LTL pickups, And slap some stickers on the Shipping table , Yellow Dock poles,etc
Same with your deliveries......Those PRO stickers act as a sales staff all in one- Certain to drum up additional business- Worked for me back hen.FlaSwampRat and Lepton1 Thank this. -
