if you read it again, the doctor can still give a 1 year, its at his discretion at the time, so even a blood sugar level of (say) 110, he can give a 1 year card if he wants to.
you and i are still in the basic scope of it, saying the same thing....
i'm just saying YOU got lucky YOU got it for 2 years....he could have EASILY given you a 1 year.....
