What good are you going to be on the road if you are going to continue using? Don't try to say you won't, or you quit, or some other line...

You are now going to have to wait 7 years, at least, before any insurance company will back you, let alone the companies that hire new drivers.

Yes, the companies will find out whether you paid for it or not, it's not just a simple case of it being on the DAC, but YOU have to tell them you failed it. If you lie then not only will you get fired, but you'll never get a job anywhere near a vehicle again.

Basically, you aren't going to drive truck any time soon. I think it's for the best anyway, the system works in cases like these...

Now if we can only get the ones who are already out there off the road...

the best thing for newguy and his dead beat dad of a friend (license suspended for not payin' child support = dead beat dad) is to grow up and accept some responsibility. either that or just keep on smokin' and talkin' about how the world is against you. either way, the highways are probably safer without either of 'em on it.

i get what you are saying newguy, others may not get sarcasm, but i do. you made a bunch of money, smoked dope, and decided to make fun of truckers. good for you.

i had a friend(volunteer firefighter) that failed a state test for his emergency medical technician. he was given a card based on either state or national certification. his score passed him on one but not the other. he was given the wrong card and he took it. jump ahead several months and investigators came looking for him, he was looking at jail time and lost a good paying job before they let him go. so if i were you, i would think long and hard before you attempt to defraud the government, especially the dot.

i had to take a urinalysis prior to starting cdl school.

 

I was trying to ignore you, I can't. let just start, by saying psychology
is a cakewalk.. I as well have a phychology degree from saginaw valley state university as well as masters degree in political science, with a minor in business from michigan state university and i am only 25 if you are soo much smarter than us truckers, you do the math( the only reason i have a degree phychology is due to the fact it was the easist course i could take, as a result of the schedule i had for the three years i plaved football at SVSU)
I was able to hold no less than 3.2, the entire time i was in school, plus i
was able to drive for my dads company on my days off........
Why you ask do i drive truck? Because my grandad was a trucker my brother is a trucker, And my father is a fleet owner...... I grew up with truckers... they are all my brothers and i would be honored if they thougt of me has one....... You sir , can talk to you are blue in the face,about how much money you have. I have more( i am a trust fund baby, and prood of it).. The only reason i bring this up is because i want to put this [edited by kc0rey***You cand say that****] in is place... To me money has never been that big of a deal, and have found that most people that bring it up as a way of degrading,have the least..... I have doubts in the claims you make, for two reason's, if you are what you say are, you would not associate yourself with someone who does not take care of his kids, and you most certainly would not risk your career by doing drugs.... one more thing only a lowrent psychologist
makes $70,000 a year....come on..... So go ahead and retire at 50, as for me i could have retired at 18, but i enjoy what i do..and will continue to so, only now with smile on my face, knowing your not.......
