Consequences for First HOS Violation

Kiss your wife and children goodbye you will never see them again ... life in prison is not uncommon for this violation. Hire a bunch of great high powered lawyers your going down for a very very long time

 

I think you should have taken the blue pill.

 

Reprecussions, I doubt anything more than a warning. I drove on elogs. Had a few violations. Company never said anything and they were bigger than what you had. Dot never said anything to me either. I wouldnt lose sleep over it.

 

No, we need to eliminate the current leadership and populate the FMCSA's Senior Positions with old truckers. Then we will see much of this BS disposed of.

 

You guys who wanted the fmcsa to comment on pc screwed all of you.

Pc has first to be allowed by the company, then they set the rules.

No big deal, what's the company gonna do? Same thing they did when we were on paper, and made a mistake that resulted in a violation. Someone where between call you and bore ya, or give you a log point in the company system.
