    No i didn't miss it. I think we have different definitions of safe. Imo a ramp is NEVER safe.

    I agree a ramp is no place to park. I never have trouble finding parking, oh ya I plan my trips, generally I know where and when Im going to arrive and plan accordingly.
    Here in CA I find the CHP more fair generally speaking than dealing with a local that happens to have DOT training. I have had CHP pull up when Ive been stopped on the 14 freeway by LAPD, and CHP tell me to leave hw would deal woth LAPD, And I drove off blissfully into the setting sun.
