Idrove for stevens for 3 years,there is no way you can dodge the training part, it is company policy and dot requirement as well, the company is not bad fortraining purpouses but in the long run u might want to look for better pay,dispatchers in general are good,safety will be watching u all the time, trucks are in good shape,good luck to u
