I’m fairly certain the DC burned and not the FC. If I remember correctly, when you go through the gate the DC was on the right and FC was on the left and the one on the right burned. Both of them are less then 7 years old so it’s unfortunate either way. Off topic but, how do the local positions work? I see they have some in this area as well. Local, not spotters.
China mart is very efficient , but when I lived in a Rural area I rarely shopped there. There were other small locally owned stores that sold the same items , at a slightly higher price but I knew the people who owned and worked at the store , and the profit stayed local , didn’t go to some giant company whose main goal was to drive every other store out of business, then raise their prices back up once the local owned businesses were gone .
Im in Indy and Plainfield would have been the obvious choice for me. Wish they had more detailed description of running lanes, schedule, etc so you know what you're getting into.
Its the big box retailer next to mom and pop who only employs 5 people at minimum wage with no benefits , sells the same product at a higher price, (That is also made in china) that everyone loves to hate on. There is a big difference in buying "Quality Made in USA Items" and cheap foreign made price point items. Example jeans from "China Mart are imported, but so are the ones from Tarjay, Belks, etc... if it makes you happy pay more. I actually found a totally made in usa manufacturer in Bristol TN which I purchased a couple of pairs from. Most people won't spend $125 for jeans. My boots are Redwing @$329. Cheap jack stands are $30, I purchased high quality ones from US Jack at $170/pair vs $40/pair. I'm guessing Mr China mart poster puts his money where his mouth is too. Not doing so would be very hypocritical
Maybe now with the Covid but a few years ago you couldn’t find three items in the store that were not made in communist china .
