Are there fair weather drivers up there? I think I'd be done at around zero. Would they rehire when it warms up or is that a sign that I'm unworthy?

I started working in Wyo. . Am home on my 2 days off.
I really shouldn't say much. Know from advise here and another. Could have people trying to just cause trouble for others (me) reading here. I've seen it happen to others.
