They hard a hard time contacting a previous employer, so yep.

Mid August is about the time I'll be arriving, see my kids to school and then fly up to Illinois to see my family for about 2 days (my poor ole' granny is getting close to kicking bucket want to see her in case this winter does her in.) then having my brother drive me into Springfield. I'm excited as $#@#! lol.

So I did a Mac 27 this morning after I left shipper(no deadhead miles), my load assignment miles are almost 100 miles less then my Mac 27 miles. Anyone ever had this happen?

Ask your FM to kick in a little to make up for the difference between loaded miles and actual miles. Mine does it...

All the time... they measure from the center of one zip code to the next - its a sales thing. We aren't running "practical" or "hub" miles - which is a good thing. Many carriers are mucho strict about sticking to route if they're paying for every inch of it - no going out of route a couple of miles for a Walmart run. Some I've heard actually take the money for excess out-of-route miles out of your settlement.

The difference from actual varies... I had one last week that was only a mile off. Just plan on running 10% more when figuring your trips.

August 28th first day of orientation. Excited as hell. Do reefers go into nyc? And are there any trainers in the Tampa area?
