Considering Prime, Sell me

I know the feeling. Have to get this load rescheduled. Might can make it Monday, but well see. Had to drive 86 miles to scale, then 86 miles back to get redone. Told them it wouldnt work on a stepdeck, but no one would listen to me.

Oh but i beg to differ ...troll as a mentality...is quite real...lol just like some people look normal enough... but are really soul sucking vampires usually from the plastic fantastic...or sleep walkers never arising out of their little view.. to see beyond the box.

 

Trolls are very real on here... Just like people coming on bashing a company they know nothing about personally, then wondering why they get reactions...

 

Your 'troll-be-gone" solution seems simple: IGNORE. Lurking trolls feed on reactions. Starve 'em out. Sometimes opinions contrary to the majority seem like trolls also, no? Sorta like Channel 19. Shut that #### thing off. Just my 2 pesos.

I know everything I need to know from former and current employees of Prime Inc. When the ratio is three in ten drivers(when I was considering driving for them) like driving for Prime Inc. from getting screwed on home time to getting screwed on miles the biggest complaint(refeer drivers) I've heard about Prime from current employees like yourself is not getting paid the miles they drive. So when it comes down to it I don't have to drive for a company to know everything about a company all you have to do is talk to dozens of the companies drivers. Here at the company I drive for you won't here one driver complain about the company itself. I am happy that you are in the ratio of the 3:10 that like em. For me I love driving a truck and love making money so why go drive and get paid $40,000yr(with 4yes exp) when another company pays $80,000(which is what I make now with only 4yrs exp.). There's is a ton of smaller companies with no complaints from any of their drivers and have waiting list because the turnover rate is 0%. So for a new guy to consider a company take all the information giving to him good or bad and figure out if there's more good than bad being giving to him. In my case there was more bad than good coming from all the current and former employees that drove for Prime Inc.

Cause hes a troll... Wants to put down Prime and those of us who drive for Prime, because hes an "expert". Hearing from people gives him enough knowledge to know all, even though he doesnt know anything from experience.

 

As I stated above the name of the thread "Considering Prime, sell me" not Prime Drivers Only!!!. Just letting the guy considering prime know that's primes not his only option for new hires. I suppose I got the dedicated set in their ways with Prime drivers mad at me.
