Hey ORD you ever do LTL with Prime?

 

LTL as in local P&D - no. I have about a half trailer full on this load, but it's all going to one receiver. We do get extra pick-ups and drop-offs, but it's all in the vein of long-haul OTR.

 

I been looking at Hot Shot and the way I see it with the bids you'd have to do LTL pickup 4-5 different loads that deliver across your route to make it in that business. I never dealt with LTL loads in the trucking industry. That's why I was asking.

 

No LTL perse. Load I got now however weighs in at bout 2500 poundsish lol Have more weight on my steers than the trailer

 

Lol...I got 56,660...I'm gonna have to wait for about 3.5yrs to get a big truck and by than the house and the pickup will be paid off...and be set better financial to do it...so I got a 2007 Dodge 2500 5.9L Cummings in it so gonna look for some things to haul on my days off around here to haul on a gooseneck trailer gonna have to stay under 10,001lbs or would have to get DOT# and own operating authority...and if I could stay busy around here try it full time for the next 3.5yrs

 

I work for prime for three years.If you live in Florida they won't hire you
