I think it's the ugly, always dirty looking blue trucks.
I can't think of any other reason.

If the OP thinks he can add an inverter large enough to run a microwave without the company approval he will find out the truth. An inverter big enough to power a microwave has to be connected to the truck batteries, not plugged into the cigarette lighter socket. The OP can run an electric cooler and a 12 volt oven without an inverter

Lol lots of negative comments. I’m not here to be harassed. I’m legitimately just asking for advice. Someone says I should ask “Werner drivers about all this” lol what do you think I’m trying to do right now? That aside. Werner home terminal is conveniently located an hour away from Orlando where I live in Lakeland and their tuition reimbursement program is really nice. CFI is my other option. Especially since they don’t require you to do a new dot physical to start working for them. The only real negative with them is there’s not really anywhere I can find around Orlando I’d be able to leave a truck for hometime.

People are trying to help you avoid making a career mistake and you feel harassed?

I guess some people just can't be helped.

You want info on them go ask in their forum in the company info section. You'll get your questions answered.
