At home for my INS crap, so got some stuff done of course...
Got (bribed) my 16yr old, and his girlfriend, to polish all the aluminum and stainless on the truck. The wife grabbed her Mothers wax, and waxed the paintwork too (along with our 10yr old)! So to say it's a little shiny would be an understatement! Will snap some fotos in a few.
I also installed a stainless bug deflector yesterday when I got home ($99 from 4 state trucks). Will fit some small convex mirrors behind it to take away some blind spots.
Installed a wireless remote for the generator, so I can start/stop it from inside the truck.
Also installed power door locks, along with the remote keyfobs, to be able to push a button and lock/unlock the doors.
Made a bracket for the TV, as the coffee pot resides in the normal TV location, and is a LOT more important than a TV!

Used a 4x2 to span the gap, then screwed a 6x1 hardwood block to it, for the TV mount. Made a metal bracket for the side under the cabinet to support it some more, then painted it all in gray primer, which is an exact match for the cabinets!

Considering WS for next ride..

I just bought a 2000 WS 4900 that is also doing the same thing with the 4-ways. As the others posted I believe they are set up that way. I have to admit, I love my Western Star. -
You just need to clip the red jumper wire inside the turn signal to make it work.Cetane+ Thanks this.
