Contesting cdl violations

DATA Q open account contest ticket . It goes to a review . Unfortunately the officer who wrote the ticket reviews . Either its a legit ticket or not . My case it wasnt it was removed in 1 week . But removals last a full Qtr. Before they are actually removed. The ticket must also be written before the 15th of the 1st month of the Qtr to reflect its removal in the same Qtr . My ticket was Jan 25 so it was struck for removal but the removal didnt actually occur till June. However a letter was sent to me for employment purposes reflecting the removal in January.
