I hardly kiss anyone rears there. Trust me, I raise enough hell there that everyone knows my name! I have fired my DM for bad dispatching practise. About ready to fire another if he dont tighten up too.

As I said CE is by far not perfect. There are no perfect Companies out there. However, if they fixed their Dispatching methods, they'd have a waiting list.

As of now, Im tryingv to get back to Danville to get my stuff back out of storage. Was going to quit myself due to their Dispatch methods. But after speaking with a few uppers there, I changed my mind for now.

Weakness? Hardly! Im just not a job hopper like some. Been shot, stabbed and dang near blown up. Hardly a weak person thank you!

Kissing butts is not in my manner. I will however stand up for anyone or anything when they are unjustly bad mouthed without any given extended experience with that which they bad mouth.

Again, they do have their problems, but Drivers also must have a backbone to stand up for themselves first. I run ELD, wont run outlaw and have no problem putting a DM in their place.

The way one views a Company is relative. Example, my first company Stevens Transport. I lasted 10 months with them. Couldnt stand it any longer and left. A friend of mine stayed there three years and liked it ok. I referred him to CE, he lasted 90 days and left. I've been here for 14 months now. Not a huge fan of them, but they arent nearly as bad as people on here make them out to be.

As all Drivers, I constantly look for greener grass and a better Company. When I find it, I'll move on.

If you want a Company that speaks to you nice, decent Equipment, better than average pay and Home time/Vacation package that is hard to beat. Then CE may be for you.

We do have sone Dumbbutt Drivers out here that run outlaw, dangerous ect... Every Company does.

As far as accidents? Yes they are high, like most Companies. No fear of D.O.T shutting us down. Dont know where your info comes from. My Nephew works for Ky D.O.T, nothing about CE is mainstream in the works.

Try to stay with one Company longer than a few months, there's a learning curve with any of them. Mature a bit and you'll settle down some. Truck driving aint for everyone. It takes a certain Constitution to be one. Stand up for yourself and be known not to take any crap. Know what you're getting into and do what you agree to do. Research a Company, speak with their Drivers first before joining. You'll save yourself alot of stress and not make yourself look like a snot nosed cry baby all over the internet.

Im sure you'll now have some childish rant to retort me with now. You may proceed.

Having to sign a one sided agreement like deducting $500 out of my wages without a five day notice wouldn't sit right with me in the first place....
And then to have the nerve to say they gunning for your buddy and then somehow hoped you would stay to play with them just shows how insane they are

Then you should have walked out of OR right then and there if you didnt agree or like that. But it seems you stayed and signed it anyways. Why even mention it then?

If Im not mistake, it is proper protocol to give a two week notice in any job you decide to resign from. But Kids these days just cry and walk off.

LOL! That's how you wanna end YOURS?
In all my years, I have NEVER seen another company of the same size with 54 accidents in 24 months. Never.

......i didn't and I wouldn't and as far as a two week notice ? That's a thing of the past... Most Companies are a" right to work "
... Which means no two week notice needed

Looking at stats doesn't give the whole picture neither.
Example. Jan 01 2015, Im driving on I-96 in Michigan. I come up to a spot where cars are in the midst of a pile up. I cant break on ice and am empty. I coast with my hazards on, coming to a controlled stop. A 19 year old girl rear ends me because she is on her cell with her step dad, complaining about her steering and brakes going out. She was 1/2 mile behind me, I saw her and knew she would hit me. Nothing I could do as I was doing my part to avoid an accident ahead of me.
She totaled her car and went off the road. Not my fault. Non avoidable incident. Not on my MVR, DAC and nothing given to me by the Police. All of that and I have video of her admitting her fault.

Reason I speak of this is to show just because a Company has accident stats on it, it doesn't mean that Company was responsible for all of them. Just means that Company had equipment involved.
