I'm wondering if there is any company that would buy out the contract I have with CRST? I have been with them since March so I have some experience driving.

Seems like it wasn't all that long ago another CRST driver was asking the same question. Apply to several companies and see what they say.
-
What if I try to stick it out for another month would that help?
-
I mainly don't like my dispatch yelling at me when I report a problem about the truck that needs to be fixed like I broke it
-
Do you have a driver manager if so have a conversation? The problem is when you're a new driver and under contract this kind of BS happens.
-
I tried to tell him about the truck having 3 engine lights on but he interrupted me and kept asking if its drivable and saying he does not care about the lights
-
Well you could send him a message stating what the lights are and your concerns. That way you have a record of the reported problem and your concerns.

There was some with maintenance
