Let's start with the assumption you "need" someone to buy out the contract. You don't.
You simply signed a normal loan contract with one difference than any car loan from any random bank.
You simply change companies and CRST will start billing you. You in theory can then pay them back or not as you wish (I would recommend it.) Even if you don't pay them back, like any other loan it hits your credit and takes years to work through the court system.

In a nutshell do not feel you have to stay with a crappy company simply because they loaned you some money.. As for who will hire you with that experience I'm sure @Chinatown will give you a list.

1st of all, if there are maintenance issues, that should be your priority. Your responsible for that truck and if you ignore warning lights, you're gonna have a 20,000 paperweight.

CRST is a large enough company that if they have an OTD issue, they should be able to rescue that load.

Your dispatcher doesn't dictate to you what your can and can't do. You're not an employee, but with your worldly vast experience of 6 months he/she is taking advantage of you and you're allowing them to do it.

Take care of the truck more so you can run unimpeded in the future.

So communcate by satellite, then you'll have a record of it (take screenshots with your phone too).

If it does stop on the road and need a tow you can be sure he's going to forget your conversations, and he cant shout at you on satellite either.

Seems yours is the lot of most mega new boys, the grass looks greener in the field over ther but its fed with the same fertiliser so try and get to 6 months.

Know a guy who was with CRST for 3 months under contract and came to Swift a couple weeks back. He's already solo.

Walk out the CRST terminal, then straight a cross the street. Then turn to your right (west) and walk about a block. Walk in the front door. The nice lady at the desk is named Betty. Tell her you wanna speak to a recruiter.

Betty is cool. She says I look like Burt Reynolds back when he made Smokey and the Bandit.
