Contract buy out

    Well it does say on their site up to $7k in tuition reimbursement but deduct from pay at $200/month and last time I looked at the contract it said $6.5k

    Whether their scare tactics will hold up in court is irrelevant, they're enough to scare other companies away. As you're finding out, unfortunately

    You don't know that, keep trying.
    Schneider is a anal company I was actually surprised they wanted to even see the contract.

    TransAm hired a guy from CRST that was still under contract; at least, that's what the guy told me. Submit an online application and see what happens.

    Yeppers. Just keep trying. At the very least wait 3 more months, then apply literately everywhere. Once you get 6mths in all sorts of doors open.
    Of course getting one year in more do, but the the contract will not matter anyway.
    And really, what is the worst that can happen by applying? Wasting 10 minutes per company.... Even then it's not a waste, as you can usually just hit resubmit at the 6 moth mark and try again.
