Oh boy... Listen, trucking is a cold hard industry and it will eat your lunch if you ever have cold feet or are not committed to the life. I have to agree with others statements here and from what you have posted here, this will not likely work out for you in the end. No shame in trying, but you have to be honest with yourself, do a little self assessment, and figure out what you WANT to do AND look at your life to figure out what you can stomach.

Break downs, slow shops, sitting and waiting, etc are a fact of the industry for new drivers. It can be a very negative experience when you are sitting around waiting on your truck to be fixed so you can earn a living. The worst part about that is you are usually sitting there listening to a half dozen other guys b!t@h, gripe, and complain about how much BS it all is.

What did you do before trucking? Before trucking, what job were you good at? If you were good at it, you most likely have a natural ability in that field. Don't run from what you are proven to be good at, take things to the next level.

When I say cold feet, .what I really mean is that my fiance was pressuring the s#!t out of me not to leave, so I basically just decided I wouldnt. To answer your question I did a whole lot of nothing before I went in to trucking. Had a bunch of crappy jobs I hated and either quit or got booted from, followed by a period of unemployment. Trucking was basically all I had. That's not to say there isn't something else out there. Is just hate to havebto go through the trouble of retraining yet again in an entirely differnt field.

Maybe you need to grow up and face the fact that you lost 4 grand pay it back and go flip burgers. I have been driving trucks since I was 23 years old I've seen every type of person get into the other trucks around me most end up quiting. The majority have same mindset you do. You can try to get a local job but it is still long hours your out the house before everybody else gets up and you get home just in time for every one to go to bed. If you just want to drive around but not deal with all the break downs and everything else that comes with being a TRUCK DRIVER go deliver pizza's

Okay. I can deal with criticism, but you sir are an ###. I obviously could deal with being a truck driver if I completed my training and then did it for nearly five months. I sacraficed just as much if not more than most people do when they start. While my peers were going home every 20 to 28 days
I was part of a tier 1 team that would spend 45 to 60 days out. No home time. The only reason why I left was so that I could go home and control some health problems that had come up abruptly. My beef is not with truck driving, its with crst. They are easliy the most disorganized company i have ever worked for and that in and of itself is reason enough to.not want to return. Yes my fiance was giving me ####, but the decision was ultimately mine and I made it based upon whether or not I felt like this particular company was a good fit for me and my future in this industry. The answer was no. BTW, if I do end up flipping burgers, I really hope you're the trucker who ends up in my burger king. Ever wondered what's really in that stacker sauce? Come on by and find out, driver...

Anger issues much? Thankx for admiring the photos bro. I know most super truckers such as your self are fat, ugly, awkward and lacking in social skills so ill take what you said as a compliment and tip my hat to you. My fiance doesn't make my decisions for me. The decision was mine to make and I made it. Her bi#@hin in my ear wasn't pleasent, but I got over it. Let me see if I can explain it in a way you'd understand; remember that 350 pound lot lizard you fell in love with? You begged her to come out on the road with you but she wouldnt, because I mean my god, who would? So you ended up choking your chicken in the sleeper birth alone because she wouldn't touch you for all the money on your com data card? It was kind of like that. Mildly annoying, but life goes on. I love how you know nothing about me but you make all these assumptions. Since when do I live with my mother? Holy #### I wish. Would save me about 800 a month in rent there driver. But you wouldn't know anything about that would you? Naw. Super truckers like you are semi homeless and spend 10 months out of the year at the pilot. Rent shment. Sitting on the sh!#ter is free at the flying j! What do I need a home for? And if you do have one I'd wager you're never there to enjoy it. Ditto for your friends, family, kids, pets, etc. You know what driver, I give up. It's quite evident that you have the better of our lives. Please accept my humblest of apologies, along with this much needed voucher for a free shower at any of the continental travel America's. Just remember to steer clear of the burger kings there driver. You and I are still on sh!tty terms...

Actually I'm 5'10" 160 lbs my wife and three children are at my house along with my dog and my muscle car I get home to often sometimes not as often as I would like but I can see them every day on Skype u might have had health problems the first time around but that doesn't solve the problem of you begging for ur job back then following through on ur preset arrangement to go back not once but three times that's what is wrong with kids now a days a real man does what he says he is going to do the first time there isn't a company out there that's gonna beg u to come work for them there's thousands of lazy people like u waiting in the wings they will just sucker them into paying 8 grand teach how to pass a cdl test then take their money when they quit in six months just like u did I've heard every excuse before while they are ######## about how no companies will hire them just like u

Tisk Tisk. That wasn't even mildly inventive, nor was it entertaining or filled with wit. I gave you the mona lisa driver, the friken mona lisa!! And what do I get in return? Not even a two bit artists rendition. You've thoroughly disappointed me and further perpetuated that stereotype that while truck drivers make amazing lovers, they absolutely lack the creative gene necessary for lively debate. Sans me, I'm the exception to the rule. And an amazing lover to boot

There you go making assumptions again. I wouldn't beg for a job at crst if they were Hitler and I was on my way to the oven. And Skype won't keep your wife warm at night buddy boy. I, however, just might...

You only have 4 months left, that's nothing. If you really want to drive just man up, be grateful they gave you a second chance not totally screwing you out of the industry.
