    Well it was a large lender/broker I was speaking with. He seems to think getting pre approved won't be an issue, but getting it through underwriting will be the hard part without some sort of income verification. He did say that what my husband was told over the phone, in writing will likely work...so that is good. We don't have a preferred anything yet, so we'll go with who will work with us for sure.
