Converting 10 meter radio

True, but it seems you equate a export radio with distortion. Distortion is the radio operator's fault.

 

So are you saying a converted 10 meter radio is a distorting radio???? If that is what you are getting at then please prove your point. I have a converted connex 4600 turbo that sounds as clean if not cleaner then anything else you hear out there.

 

Logic says not every radio ...... no matter what kind of radio

 

IDK about the rock stations, but it sure would close down 100% of the "holier than thou" (religious) broadcast stations in my area!!!

 

meter refers to wave length of transmitter, a 11 meter band radio's wave length is 11 meters, this is the actual length of its wave, approx. 39 ft.

 

Last I checked, 11 meters was 36 ft. in wavelength.

 

Yeah but maybe you have bigger feet.
