Converting a 377 to 379

    What hood can I use to make my look like a 379 I have a 377 with set back axle but don't know what hood will fit it without have to move the axle

    can turn a t600 into a w900 so should be abble to go 377 to 379 with right parts

    367 or 367 heavy haul depending in if you want to switch out the radiator too. 367 heavy haul will look like a 378 with a setback front axle. I say 378 because the 378 was the vocational version of the 379 which means the cab sat higher off the frame. The 379/389 seem to be the only pete's where the cab sat low right on the frame.

    pull the front axle and use the frame exteners from 379

    that's going to be a lot of money and work, a friend of mine converted a T600 to a W900B and he had a donor W900, he is very experienced since he makes dump trucks out of OTR tractors and always has a project going and he says he'll never do that again. You literally have to reconfigure the entire front of the truck (chassis), not sure about this but might need radiator and all.

    I did my T800H to a regular T800, had all the parts and it cost a small fortune, didn't have to move the axle, but a lot of cutting and drilling just to set the new radiator.

    I have a 1995 Peterbilt 377 totorhome. Looking to put a 378 or 379 nose on it...any suggestions
