The company only has so many finishers.....freight comes first....your finisher maybe across country...they will get there when they get there and then the journey really begins....enjoy the holiday inn while you can...just sayin

 

I had to wait for a trainner too, an extra 4 days in a room by myself at the Best Western in Carthage. It was brutal dealing with that free breakfast every morning, Sometimes I wonder If I should have gone to CRST or England, I hear their gulag accomodations are very nice free bed bugs too.

He posts and then isn't heard from again.
He asked a couple questions on some other threads,
He seemed concerned about having to do all the driving while training.
I would hope he does, that would be the training part.
Threads that clearly show others times with Con-way.
If he would have read those threads through, most all of what he is upset about has been covered.
He feels wronged, but maybe he failed to do his research..

I wish there was a person assigned to read some of these sites and threads.
Heck, there is a forum run by a CWTL driver, and very few folks in the office pay attention to that, what makes you think they care about what's posted on here.
Again, I think if somebody in the position if power would read "some" of stuff, might gain some knowledge.
But since most is posted without real names, who can believe half of it.
Know I guess maybe if somebody wanted to play detectives, they could read posts, and figure out who is who. I don't know who uses their handle on here and has it on their unit inquiry screen, but that info us out there.
And really, if you have a legit complaint or issue, there are channels to talk to real live people about it.
Not sure if I know of one thing that has been resolved from a message board.
But at least you got a place to vent.
P.S., if your worried about secret police, you should.look at your own government.
you have the thought and speech police already in force.
Your President just signed a bill limiting protest on Federal property.

No, I just had 3 years to watch drivers get hauled into Joplin. Because the gestapo called every time a driver did something "they" thought didn't meet "their" standards.

As far as the forum run by the driver. Go pound sand. No less than 4 from administration hang out there. Care to share how much the forum owner has earned in recruitment bonuses?

Good! If they couldn't meet the standards, toodles.
It's not hard, pick up and delv on time, if run into problems, call in.
Don't wreck the equipment.
Make mpg's, not hard.
If can't, and can't be retrained to do so, cut em loose.
Only thing the company has to sell is service.
I think standards of hiring, and retaining need to be higher.

 

I think that's his motivation to keep the sight up.
You fault a guy for earning recruiting bonuses?
