Conway ltl raise?

Nothing in New York is cheap!

 

I have an interview tomorrow here in Iowa and there starting pay is $19.22 not to shabby. that's good for my area, 60 miles north of Des Moines.

 

unless your terminal moves alot of freight, the only driving you'll be doing is on a orange or yellow toyota!

 

Why is that?

 

no freight, no runs..= lots of dock time on a tow motor. I experienced this in metro NY

even worse now with more and more hitting the rails and long boxes.

 

I guess it depends where you are, I work in a small terminal and and I'm the 3rd driver on the flex board and I work 3 or 4 nights a week.
