I don't know if you are still looking for info about teaming here but I'll post some basic answers to your questions anyway because if not maybe it will help someone else looking for the same answers.

I went through Crowder last year and started teaming in mid May. After teaming here for just shy of a year I can honestly say we are quite content.

I would say we avg about 5500 miles per week.
We have had weeks as bad as 1000 miles when hometime/breakdown comes into play and weeks as good as 7800 miles where we are running so hard we run out our hours.

Our average paycheck is probably $750 a week each after taxes, insurance, pet fee (1 cpm paid back the 3rd week of every month if your fuel mpg is up to scratch), etc..

As far as time at home and how long you are out, that's all up to you.
You have to stay out atleast 10(I think) days before you can highlight. Once you highlight they have 8 days to get you home. You earn 1 day home for every 8 days out and any unused days are banked indefinitely.
We personally stay out 6 to 8 weeks and then go home for about a week. Then I know teams who stay out for a month go home for 4 days but I also know a team who only goes home 4 time a year but they take like 2 weeks off each time. It's all up to you, as long as you have the days you can take em.
Technically if you are going to be home more than 9 days they can make you turn in your truck but I have never heard of this happening to anyone in a very long time because they have lots of extra trucks now.

I don't think Katey is still around , they used to be OK for Teams ... But the XPO running things now. ... Not sure ....I've moved on to a solo company with more home time
