After 5 weeks at home, two rounds of chemo, I look forward to coming back out this week. I will see where they send me for a truck on Tuesday and the Rooster is back!

Still have 4 more months of Chemo but can drive in between treatments as they are a month apart. Well, the march madness is over, the masters will be over, guess I might as well come back to work!

Jarhed1964, paul_4lp and Truckernurse Thank this.

Sitting in Mississippi. Gonna be in my old stomping grounds tomorrow night when I park so either see family or a couple friends I haven't seen since moving to the valley.

Sitting at Loves doing a 34 restart not by choice I might add. After del. Load to Mt Vernon, Tx (Lowes DC). They said we can't give you an empty. So I bobtail to the Loves that's just 2 miles away. Fleet Mgr gets aol planner and about 2 hours later I'm told to go back to the Lowes and get an empty. I get empty go back to the Loves and take 10 be break and to let more hours roll over. Next load do to Hawkins, TX to pick up water going to my house (20 minutes away) with a 760 mile preplan after Sat del. Do I get to customer. Pick up number matches load to the house. But doesn't have Con-way as the carrier. So waited for 2 hours loaf is cancelled. So I headed back to the lowes I del. to the day before and picked up a load that is only going 221 miles and doesn't del. Till Sun. Good news is that Mon. I'm preplanned on load to MIchigan that is 1300+ miles. So what I thought was going to be a bad weekend is not so bad after all.

Thanks! Looking forward....Plenty of sunshine here in FLA, enjoy. This month due to tubes and things in my body, couldn't enjoy the sun too much but next month will be better.
