Wolfy. Yeah- I'm trollin this thread but u r cracking me up about the smoke. We drove a pornstar for 3 years. Prob 5 of em and of all the probs we had, that wasn't one of em. Good luck!

USA truck? Made my OTR debut with them back in 1994! Think I lasted 10 months ...low mi low pay ...lots of sitting and breakdowns!

 

#43 on the board in Laredo, they cut me off at 2 cartage runs today

 

Paul- only trollin cuz we (hubby and I team) start CWTL orientation mon in Lancaster TX. Wanted to get the DL on y'all. Heehee. Sounds good so far. *keeping fingers crossed*.
BTW - we liked USA - good manager and good miles. Just switchin stuff up. We'd actually go back if this doesn't work out ( which we hope it does)

 

goodluck in orientation, George is a good guy and the driving test is fairly simple so long as you pay attention to what you're doing. Consists of 4 right turns, 1 of which has top be jughandled. 1 word of caution though, try to avoid discussions of "how we did it at _____", those tend to get him a little aggravated as some people get confused between what other companies do and what Conway does. You'll get good quality meals for lunch, but supper is yours to figure out (cracker barrel is next door to the hotel, and down the block about 1/4 mile is an El Chico (Tex-Mex) as well as an Outback I believe. The hotel isn't the nicest you will ever stay in (formerly red roof inn).

Moved away from the crowd, not sure if I have developed another exhaust leak or if it's one of the trucks in the huge pileup.letting the truck air out a while then gonna fire her up again and find out. I seriously don't wanna put her in the shop here in Laredo.
