Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

I just would like to talk with a few drivers about how Conway is treating them before I step in this company, I drove before but it has been awhile. Not all companies are the same but I am just researching before committing.

 

You came to the right place 1 SRT you should get at least 120 k on miles per year personally this is the best company I ever worked for its not for everyone here you will have growing pains at first but once you figure out the system you will b on easy street

 

Thanks Markaly, Conway run near the Colorado area, that's home for myself. How is the equipment running?

 

Yes Colorado all threw there equipment I given 6/7 on the scale 1 /10 due to international trucks breakdown a lot my kenworth has not broke down yet I got 250 k on it we are getting new trucks in weekly

 

Last day in Ft. Myers, will cook something on charcoal, didn't get to golf this trip, gotta grab some warm clothes and hopefully get a student right away. Back on the board tomorrow.

 

Hey every one 1? For all you what's the one thing you would change here if you could mine would be predictable home time

 

Consistent miles.
Equal time off as office. 2 days a week.
Equal vacation. 5 weeks after 20 years.
Apu's, or turn office hvac off at same temps as trucks.

 

Same paid holidays, Fri after Thanksgiving. Holiday pay should be based on average as office is based off of salary.

 

The wild goose hunt for fuel filters begins.
One stop, 2 calls. Finally find a petro/ta that has fuel filters.
Now I have part numbers, I can do the leg work too.
I should get paid extra for that too.

 

Anybody run that South Carolina I-185 toll road south around Greenville?
Does it have manned toll booths?
