    Yep.

Used to make Hobo dinners on my marine diesel back when I was in the parasail business .

Triple wraps in good heavy foil and stuff in a spot on the motor where it can't move, maybe bungee it.

I bought one of the little 12voltlunch box’s with my Pilot points to try it out.

It gets Hot in a hurry. In fact the first sandwich I put in it was a Gyro I wanted to reheat. Needless to say it became a toasted gyro

Solve that problem by doubling up the foil liners and add a bit of water to the bottom pan to keep the sandwich moist.

I have done boiled eggs in mine, heated water for oatmeal.

I can see you could cook anything you want in it.

It’s handy for reheating sandwiches while going down the road.

I won’t run my out of reach convection oven while driving.

    Fire in Truck Bad

Foil pan liners are 2 for 99cents at Walmart over in the pot and pan aisle

Do they make any microwaves that run off inverters that small ?
Is it dangerous at all to cook with gas inside the rig ? Do you have to keep the windows open ? Maybe a good idea to get a CO2 detector ??

There are two types of microwaves on the market these days. The oldest type and by far the most common uses turning on and off to control the power. So if you set it at 50% power it is on for 50% of the time at 100% power and off for 50% of the time. Your inverter will have to be able to handle the 100% power draw.
The other type (only recently introduced as it is more expensive to design and make -- I believe Panasonic makes them but I forget the name of the technology) operates at a 50% power draw when you set it to 50%. Your inverter will like this type better. If your inverter is not happy with this type when you running are at 100% you can dial it down until it is happy and just cook a little longer. Not so for the first type.

I used to use one of these when I was over the road. They're cheap and they don't take up much space.

I had one of those too. Worked pretty good. Open both windows for some ventilation. If you can smell the burning fuel, you dont have enough ventilation. Carbon monoxide aint no joke.
