It sounds like you are pushing water, this happens when cylinder compression is not contained in the combustion chamber and is leaking into the Coolant passage.
If the 15 to 20 degree temp increase that you mentioned occurs before your water loss then you may have a stuck thermostat but if the water loss occurs first it usually means a head gasket and liner counter-boring will be required to correct the issue.

Thanks for all your responses. I found the source of the problem and it is the a/c. When i turned it off, truck is running without getting closed to 200 degrees. Now the new question is, what the hell?
-
You may need to have the A/C conn. unbolted and swing it away from cooler and clean the back side of it and ft. of cooler and ft. of rad. that will let air pass thru. rad. much better than clogged with dirt in fins over time?
BUMBACLADWAR Thanks this. -
If the additional heat that is generated by the cooling needs of the A/C condenser is enough to raise the engine temperature, it likely means that your engines radiator core is pretty restricted. It will soon show the same symptoms with the A/C off if that is the case.
This means it is time to replace the radiator, I always buy the largest one that will fit when I replace a radiator. -
Did you fix your problem? What was the solution? I'm having same problem

I agree first thing to do is clean outside of condenser and radiator fins.
