i ran a hot wire to the air valve and the fan turned on then while i was in the truck i bumped the fog light switch and the fan came on so i figured out the guy that owned the truck before wired the fan switch to the fog light switch instead of the fan switch so thanks for the help every one. now i have just got to figuer out why there is a pipe that goes to the top of the engine all the way down to the ground and blows steam out lol

They all lie...the tube is actually the waste system for the hamsters that power the engine. They are trained to poo and pee in the tube so the drive doesn't have to keep changing out the bedding.
