Guess it depends on the company.

I just ordered a scanner and didn't want to wait like 3 weeks to get it when I got home.

Called someone at the company. Said sure no problem.
Ordered it with next day shipping, I was already on my way to yard.
Package made it before noon , I was there at like 4p next day.
Credit goes to FedEx and Amazon for getting it out so quick. Shipping wasn't a lot extra either.
I would consider doing it again on a cheaper item. For some reason had to pay taxes for shipping to ND. Never pay taxes for shipping home (MO).

come to utah. It won't be accurate..come to Oregon next week. It won't be accurate there either..I bet it's not accurate in idaho or Wyoming also.

speeds are only good for such that has been around for awhile. You can't expect it to be accurate when speeds change recently. It takes time to be updated in the maps.

I'll report back after I get one... It's a pet peeve of mine... I don't see speed limits changing all that often and when they do it's like state wide changes for the most part... It's gotta be in some data base that gets updated when they do change...

But, my point was, if one cannot be accurate with one data set then remove it as its incorrect and brings into question the quality of the rest of the data.

    Just my two cents worth.

Speed isnt important to me. Thats what signs are for. All i care about is getting there. Bells and whistles are meaningless..i just want to get there..for everything else. Theres an app. :)

Ironic... An App that offers so much, one must then use free apps to compensate for it... lol

Like I said before, some, like you, may find it useful... Some, like myself, find it, at times, not so useful.

If they would just put some effort into improvements... I went to their support site only to find a few of the same complaints from THREE YEARS AGO... Sad really.

So, I will keep it as a back up and use it from time to time... And keep it as its handy to carry around with me on my iPhone and iPad... But I will be testing out the waters of their competition...

    to each their own
