Usually in cases like that, companies rate out add a round trip and not a one way. I would guess they haul a lot of the same product, so they're probably top loading on dedicated tanks. This way they cut down on tank washes and they don't have to worry about loading some product that doesn't pay nice with others.

 

yeah most of the same products. The business model there is why fool with brokers on a backhaul when we have guaranteed work coming out all the time.
