After I cut a section let's say 22 inches one side is perfect..the other side is big on the flex.you can turn the big side on the flex but it only goes so far.

Maybe a 5” I.d. piece of pipe to “ sleeve” the s pipe, they make one, I’ve used them on the end of y pipe, when it rusted out. 5x5 short straight connector

Maybe..It is so strange how you make a cut on the flex and one side good and the other too big ang to can only turn it a little and it wont get tight

Both ends should be the same, must be a bad piece of flex

Nothing’s simple anymore, Lol. I went to 4 different places to get 4 hose clamps. When I finally found them at Stoops Indy, they were $10 ea. Normally I wouldn’t have paid it, but I was so tired of trying to find them.

    4D05452C-1C02-43F2-83DE-2D1B1906145B.jpeg That’s what a $10 hose clamp looks like, a $4 clamp and a $6 stealership “got you”surcharge.
