Cost per Mile

    I'm wondering what all of you need to charge as a break even point. What is the average cost per mile? Where are some good places to find resources? Any other advice is greatly appreciated.

    Why would anybody want to charge a "break even " point ? Does "break even " exclude driver pay ? The only rate that should be considered is reasonable profit .

    A break even point to me is including the upgrade and future maintenance costs.

    Yup, that's why mine is calculated at around $1.50/mile...but that's assuming 10,000 miles per month.
