    ya. I go around all the time. I tell the chp I'm bird watching. and taking pics. can't do that from highway.

    Hooker Creek is a rough road and narrow road, took it before and was constantly paranoid cause it's obvious you'd be going out of your way to go around the scale taking it, CHP posts up on there all the time as well, now I take the 36 and turn on to the end of Bowman road by the fire station, much smoother and doesn't look so suspicious
