Meh. The only minor leaks I can think of are if a cylinder seal starts leaking. I think I've changed two in 15 years? I could see it maybe being more of an issue on extreme cold valve bank leaks, but proper torque fixes that, and that's a issue that only lasts a short time after pump startup. And only in below zero temps.

I talked with my private shop today. They have worked on Cassens rigs for many years. He said Cassens uses ATF and rarely have issues. I may switch over to it eventually. For now I have a 5 gallon pail of 32 on the way.

What ^^^^ Hammer said. You would be surprised how much better it will come down loaded freshly lubed. If you use the Fluid Film only use it on places you don’t come in contact with as it never dries like slip plate, but it works much better than slip plate on certain parts of your rig. Walmart.com has a case of spray cans of fluid film now cheaper than I have seen lately. I have a case on the way. If you buy it in gallons paint style cans you can brush it on and that will be the cheapest way to buy it. I carry cans of spray style for places that start sticking while I am on the road.

Thanks for the tip. I picked up a few cans yesterday and sprayed rails it resolved the issue I was having. Now I have two dual stage cylinders that are making a loud noise right when the second stage engages. I am taking truck to yanaks in millbury Ohio today to see what they think.

I have cylinders that are not synchronized, suddenly the platform is askew, what does the mechanic have to adjust so that the cylinders are synchronized?
Since it is cold, my cylinders are very slow, what oil should I put to make it work faster?

There are flow dividers usually behind the trailer tandems on newer trucks. Its screws on them to adjust them

what do you mean by recent? my truck is of 2011
