Could someone explain how Con-Way Flex board works?

    We do have Kronos. I didn't think explaining the 265 was necessary. But since you brought it up, the 265 is a payroll form used to keep track of hooking/unhooking, fueling, repairs and breakdowns. After completing your dock work you slide to code 265 (on the Kronos) which is line haul on duty. You then stamp your 265 and hook your set. Once your set is hooked and you are dispatched, you stamp your 265 again and you are now going to be paid by the mile. When you reach your destination, you stamp your 265 and you will be paid by the hour for the time it takes to break your set and spot your trailers. If you have to work the dock, you will then slide (on the Kronos) to the dockwork code and start breaking freight.
