Take a bunch of notes!! and ask every question you can think of. Write everything down for future reference. (we still refer to our notes a year later) Remember... you WILL have moments of pure frustration, but that is part of the learning process. We wish you well!

Hello drivers I'm still hear, driving for covenant as a trainer.

I am training couples.now. I've been so busy doing my job. To fullest ,making sure my student are well trained.
As of now have good track record, all students i trained are still at covenant.

It hasn't been easy,by any means.each student is a challenge.
But once they understand im training safe driver not to become a supertrucker.

They start learning to be a truck driver.

Ok got lot of stories, lot of reading to catch up on. Later ill try to post more often.
    PS HEY ROCKS.

    BIG WHEELS!!!!!!!!

You are a real warrior! I real winner! :biggrin_25514: I CONGRATULATE YOU SIR!!! :yes2557: I know some of your story... what a saga it was... :biggrin_2552: But you hang tough in there, went thru soooo much... you could have thrown the towel so many times but you didn't.... After dealing with all your (crazy) team partners... Then, training those students is definitely a very hard job... But you have been very patient, persistent, dedicated, true to your principles, committed to safety and doing the right thing :yes2557: You are a success my friend and my hat goes off to you!! :biggrin_25514:

Well its not easy as every is on the truck has to get along and do their part
i can only speak for myself and my truck.
i have trained three couples. They are working, and was very pleased with my training.
but if your going to driver as team train as team.
It takes alitte longer, because each needs drive time.
Pack lite not alot of room.

    123456 Thanks this.

I like couple training i believe in able to train by being able to spend more Time with student .than single training.
With single training start off slow.Short runs with runs in between finding time sleep.
I got To be able to trust you to a safe and capable. Before taking a longer run. Where it require me tosleep while you drive to be able to arrive on time.
There is so much so many little thing that make a drive a safe drive.

But with two students in able to arrive on time and spend slot more time teaching than driving. Less time worried about sleep truck always moving..
Its always a plus with couples, because they trust each other to do the right thing. Which makes me feel better
This is alot to be learned, but its why im hear. More later
