Covenant lied throughiut the recruiting process

    They have some interesting wording. They show team hazmat pay and nothing else. I'm sure everything is down from there.

    Try in the realm of about 4500 to all out 7000 a week with FFE. (Disclaimer, these are ground team miles, not necessarily what the actual mile pay; at those huge routine numbers the payroll takes care of itself.

    It's when FFE sent us to Americold Salinas as a team to sit and rot 3 days holding a precool is when they have to understand what a absolute waste of a whole workweek that really is. LA or San Fran could have a regional load there and run it. A royal screwup.

    As far as covenant I was sent home by noon when the physical was a problem. 50 people yapping in a large floor room pretty much destroys the whisper tests. Ultimately I am banned from Covenant for having my lawyer look into the situation.

    What's unfortunate is when I went over my records with a little bit of cash, I discovered that Covenant along with 15 other companies maintain a private DAC-Like database somewhere. So the botched orientation shows up from freaking 1996. As long this database is "Alive' you can not only forget Covenant, but also all the other 15 partners with them.

    I hate to pick on them so much, but first person experiences around them do not lend much to set store by. They can keep their piddling textile loads, Im running medicine which is very satisfying.

    Eh, screw them and their 15 partners lol. Covenant was my first attempt at working for a large company and I didn't like anything about it. I was only there a day and a half but I already felt very disrespected by them. If they treat you like #### during orientation I can only imagine what driving for them must be like. I'm relegating my services as a driver to strictly the mom & pop style operations now.

    It’s not. Technically you’re not even an employee yet so putting an entry on your transcript is just plain ridiculous. I had to contact HireRight to have mine removed

    40K split between two people isn’t nowhere near enough in this day and age. I made more than that doing solo at Western Express!!:biggrin_1square2:

    I don't really see what you're trying to say here. I already stated that I didn't do my research on the company only going off what I was told by the recruiter.

    I think they were talking about the bonus, not total yearly salary.
