    That teaming bonus is after you been there for a certain amount of years, the 1000.00 a week min. is paid out by robbing Peter to pay Paul, your Peter and Paul. the money they get to pay those bonus is because they deduct it from the drivers pay in very small amounts and you end up getting your own money back....
