Depends - Covenant has van & reefer. Schneider has van, reefer, tanker. What's your long term goal?
In my opinion I would say Schneider
Schneider hands down. No forced team driving like Covenant.
Schneider will give you a solo job in a POS until you prove yourself worthy of a dependable truck.
