Don't make a decision unless you talk to team drivers currently working with a company. THERE IS NO AMOUNT OF INTERNET INFO THAT IS BETTER THAN CURRENT EMPLOYEE INFO.

Are you set on those two companies? If you already have a partner lined up then just go to a premium teaming company like ltl linehaul, or a small reefer outfit.
