That's in line with outbounds from Louisiana to other better areas when I was down there a few short weeks ago. Not so many incoming calls needing a truck.

Thanks Bill for your honesty. We love Colorado but we have made our minds up and are planning on putting the house on the market in the next couple of weeks and move near Dallas Tx. We are hoping the market will be better for us. My family lives in Houston so we are definitely looking forward to that. We will miss Colorado. We have spent almost 19 years in Colorado.
BigBadBill Thanks this. -
Thank you so much for your input. It's nice hearing from someone that lived in Colorado. We really wanted to make it work in Colorado but I don't want to sacrifice hardly ever seeing my husband. We are selling our house. I'm sure things will be better for us financially in Texas. My husband would still like to work with Covenant as an O/O when we move to Texas. I'm happy that the move worked out for your family and that you are home more often.

HEY!! You guys need to step it up a bit in here...keep us updated a little better
I picked up on this thread pretty early. I know Bill and rollincoal from the expedite forum... although I'm using a different name here.
Happy to see F2F is doing well and I like this new business model. I have high hopes for all of you. Expedite can be a lot of hurry up! And wait! But, in the end, the profits are usually there for the o/o as long as you have good support from the company. As an outsider looking in... I think F2F will give you that support and then some. Good luck!BigBadBill Thanks this. -
So far so good, signed the contract yesterday. So at this point I waiting for them to get a truck number and on the permits. Hopefully we will have the truck lettered, and inspected at some point today.
Orientation was not to bad. They did not accept my physical from my doctor cause he forgot to check a box on the long form so I had to re take one with there doctors. But other the that it was quick.
Hoping to have every thing by some point today or tomorrow and hit the road!BigBadBill and Bigdubber Thank this. -
Every thing is done but the quelcomm. The shop put me on the list all there telling me that it will be sometime tomorrow. So I'm hoping it will be installed sometime in the morning so I can get running.
BigBadBill Thanks this. -

Ready to pitch them out the window! But seriously. They are not bad once you get the knack for them. Met pound puppy yesterday. Really nice guy and gave me some insight on multiple things. Gave me some pointers about the business and answered all my questions without bs answers. Happy to call him a friend

Thanks Scooter! Youre a good guy, Im glad to help out any way i can.
Well this week has been kind of a bust. Ran the load to Indy and reloaded for Southern Georgia paying $1255. Problem here is they sent two of us on the same load to a relative so/so area delivering on a Friday. Not real sure how its gonna play out getting loaded back out of here. I have had a lot of sit time in the last week, i think thats why im irritable today. Sat Friday afternoon to Monday midday. Unloaded Tuesday and sat til Wensday midday ran a 700 mi load delivering tomorrow at 1000. Been a rough week, but its trucking, bound to happen now and then. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow.
Scott, glad to see youre almost done there and ready to roll! Nice to have you on the team!nawarra1, Steeleandsonfarms, Lone Ranger 13 and 2 others Thank this.
