We had a project out of SC that got canceled. We normally don't make these moves without a plan and it typically works but I think the shipper is having issues. But as soon as we move you I bet they start calling wanting trucks.
Glad you guys got the opportunity to meet. Always nice to put a face with a screen name.

So far so good! It was a pretty busy week! I am a happy trucker.

Week is starting out good, delivered and looks like im set up on a good money maker from Bay City,Mi to Indy for $1200. So even on a short week, should go well. With some luck I can grab a short one out of Indy in to Kentucky.
nawarra1 and BigBadBill Thank this. -

Well, this week has had a rocky start. Delivered yesterday and couldn't get dispatched until this am. Got loaded 2.5 hours late. Cell phone charger died in the middle of all of this. Got to my receiver half hour early from rescheduled time and found my back haul gone. Guy took his sweet time unloading me and ran my 14 hours out as I parked in the last "available" slot in the pilot south of Louisville. And once I could stop to do my paperwork, I penciled in today at 1.18 a driven mile. Gonna close the book on today and start fresh tomorrow. Only up from here!

And that load was booked as a R/T so that we could get you back. If I am thinking of the same load. That should have been better than 1.70 loaded. Did they miss calculate on the DH?Steeleandsonfarms and Bigdubber Thank this. -
Paid 1.60*/- loaded with no dead head. Yes it was supposed to be r/t but because I was late the plant sent my load with another trailer. Guy told me he loaded it. Night dispatcher confirmed no back load. I'll call you when I get up Bill. Thank you.
