actually aftershock this one is a slowpoke kidney buster...i ought to have the cb handle "drag-n-fly" drag it up hill...fly down hill,,,
but i am better off with "wrongway"=== usually the way i do things!

 

ok here we go....i was looking at a trucking magazine and i was eyeing all the catchy
ads from the companies...i like the covenant one the most: here it is.
it is the we "care" program.
COMMUNICATION
ATTITUTUDE
RESPECT
EXCELLENCE

COMMUNICATION-the key that ensures that all parties in the company know whats going on.
ATTITUDE-- a good attitude is the key to success anywhere in anything
RESPECT--both parties should care for each other equally, the company ensuring that the welfare of the driver is the primary target.
EXCELLENCE- the driver and the company working for the standard of excellence.

this is the way i see it:

COMMUNICATION: there is none, on the qualcomm or on the phone, they really don't give a rats ##### what you have to say. but they want you to listen to them and obey, no options.
ATTITUDE: their crappy attitude trickles down to you and affects you. makes you harsh and cynical when you are stuck in this tin can waiting for them to let you know what is going on and why you are sitting so long,lack of communication also affects your attitude.
RESPECT: they don't respect you and you surely won't respect them, when they tell you to freeze or roast as they don't understand your feelings in this or any matter concerning life on the road. they are just IGNORANT.
EXCELLENCE: this cannot be achieved with crappy trucks and trailers,crappy maintenance and a total crappy attitude of management towards you-the driver, their breadmaker. and also crappy loads/miles and below par pay,
excellence comes from being treated humanely,with respect and dignity,being given fair wages and under fair labor ethics.

so "CARE" is a crock of crap created by board room, starbucks guzzling nerds
that crank out retarded slogans and company campaigns for a paycheck.
so if you want to be in the "CARE" program at a company that really doesn't care about you...come an get it!
you have to laugh about it, because laughter is the only defense against insanity.

Covenants new program to replace "CARE" has been introduced for the new year!!
It is called ********DUMPED!!!!******** and the underlying slogan, we don't give a rats arse....
Take it or leave it, yet i see more people getting on here saying they are heading to the great Covenant to start a lucrative career!!!!!
