We grab a backhaul from them sometimes. I can't really comment on how they pay but it's always a bunch of bozo kids on the other end of the phone if I have to call them. I know they short pay the invoice $100-150 if the load is late for any reason so they're real grinders and a general PITA to deal with. I know a guy from back in the day who's worked for them for quite awhile now like almost 10 years...guy I went to school with in Portland and occasionally socialized with.

Hey, I have worked with Coyote a lot with a flatbed. Josh is who I always dealt with. I have not been disappointed in their company. They are very easy to negotiate with too. I enjoy working with them.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on all the middlemen to go out of business. It's the same situation as with trucks - when one brokerage goes out of business 2 or 3 more pop up to take its place.

Very cheap. Probably $1.30 on a good day. Competing with the rails and the unlimited never ending supply of dummies who like to drive coast to coast is a great way to go broke.
