So basically I should just focus on my weekly gross and steady work? Because CPM will fluctuate?

Some companies yes... But if it were me, I'd only focus on weekly gross

Yes, but you’ll have to take recruiter claims with a grain of salt. Whatever they allege you might make, you can probably reduce this amount by 15-20% to get a more realistic starting number.

Companies with sliding pay scale are the worst about making educated guesses but sliding pay scales can be good or bad for the driver. But 1,600 miles all paid at “a whopping 50 cpm” is not very good.

If you're okay with staying NE, Prime's NE dedicated pays really well for a new driver. Like 50 CPM or something.

Without knowing miles per week, what good is cents per mile? Sometimes hourly is better.

So, basically, this first year or so just starting out, I really won't be making all that much. Regardless, it will still be more than I was making at my old job so it's really not all that terrible for me. I just don't want get ROYALLY screwed lol...

Just called them brother. They're legit for starting out but, unfortunately they're not hiring drivers from New York state :(

If you expect $350 per week the first year, you won't be disappointed.

lmao, I'm hoping for more than that but I was a cook for ten years man. No money in that industry, at all. Unless you own your own restaurant.
