    Is'nt the pay somewhere on their site?I imagine not much and if they're like every other starter company,while in training you get paid salary.

    The standard training salary is $350 per week.
    After you are assigned your truck and you dispatch for your first load, you are paid 0.26/mile. That increases one cent every three months until you reach 0.30 at the anniversary of your first year solo. After that, it's one cent per year for the next ten years or so, then it changes a bit..half cent, not sure. I think the current top pay is 0.43.
